There are a lot of IDX website services that enhance home listings on local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for REALTORS® that are currently available. And over the years or management team has tried several of them. The free link given by GLVAR does not allow the capture and management of our real estate leads.

What these 3rd Party IDX Services do is to take the raw IDX (Internet Data Exchange) data from our local MLS Board GLVAR and manipulate them in a way that makes it easier for visitors to locate homes on our Las Vegas Real Estate site while allowing them to save favorite listings and sign up for email notifications of homes that become available that match specific criteria.

When we were preparing to launch the iRealtyLasVegas.com website we decided to use the UltimateIDX™. We found there were many more options available for displaying searches and homes available with the UltimateIDX™ that most Las Vegas real estate IDX Website Services.

In addition to more display options, we genuinely liked the K.I.S.S. platform. Although the UltimateIDX™ has many more features that the major MLS/IDX vendors it is designed for ease of use with an accelerated learning curve unlike competitive systems that you spend more time learning than using. That means our Agents can spend more time helping our Clients and Customers.
