Sun City Anthem is the age restricted, 55 and over, Del Webb community. This is the most dramatic age restricted community in town. Solera is another age restricted community within anthem. These modest homes are less expensive than Sun City anthem. Sizes range from 1200 up to 1700 square feet and prices start in the high 100s. Final buildout was completed earlier this year. Solera offers a community clubhouse with an indoor pool, exercise room, computer room, card room, tennis courts, baccarat courts and miles of walking trails. Anthem Highlands is nestled on the south side of Athem. Some of the newest homes can be found here. There are close to 1400 homes in Anthem Highlands ranging in size from 1500 to 3500 square feet. Anthem Highlands offers community parks, walking trails, and shopping. There are affordable one and two-story homes here. Club Madeira at Madeira Canyon is a brand new Pulte built community on the southern most part of Anthem. Just off Democracy, you will find this new guard gated community.
